The Ftsie Property Stock Market, was created to allow private investors the opportunity to build a varied property portfolio, without the need to spend time looking for and managing properties. Investors can purchase shares in a variety of properties world wide. Each property has been carefully chosen by our specialist property team to offer investors the best possible returns. These returns can be either capital appreciation or income, in many cases it is both.

The process is very simple and offers investor's complete security at all times. Ftsie locates properties which it feels would represent an excellent investment for its clients. These properties are purchased through a tax efficient trust* with the investors as beneficiares. Investors purchase shares in the the property that they want to invest in. They then become a beneficiary owner of part of that property. Each property is made up of a set number of shares, which can not be changed.

   

 

 

All profits made on the property, be they capital gains or income are divided amongst the shareholders of a property in a direct proportion to the investors shareholding. (i.e a 10% shareholder will receive 10% of the profit/income). Each year individual property accounts are published, these clearly show the expenses and gains associated with the property.

As the property increases in value, so do your shares . Best of all, unlike traditional property investment, the property is fully managed on your behalf and you can quickly realise the capital you have invested by re-selling your shares on the Property Stock Market.
